“First off, Los Altos is the best location in Manuel Antonio, hands down!  Add to that best in- class service and a full range of quality amenities and all in a super relaxed friendly atmosphere. Whether I want a private stay or the luxury hotel experience, Los Altos is there for me to choose as I please.  And my guests are always attended to by an expert staff. I can always be The Host without all the time consuming planning; leaving me as much time to enjoy my stay as my guests.”

“From an early work out in the finest gym in Manuel Antonio to a sunrise nature walk down to our own private beach, we return to share a breakfast with guests on our ocean view balcony and watch the day unfold.  Discuss today or tomorrow’s plans and then simply call down to reception to make the needed arrangements.  Later stroll down to the infinity pool. Relax and partake in its tropical setting surrounded by multi sensory nature and breathtaking Pacific views. We end the days by watching the famous Costa Rican sunsets from our private balcony or from the expansive deck at Karolas restaurant.”

“At The Preserve at Los Altos, from start of day to end, I am always both the pampered guest and the perfect host at the same time.”

“As for the geography of Manuel Antonio I feel it is a little like NYC. By this I mean, it is somewhat the kind of area with limited available land, at least land with premium views. Sort of like Manhattan as opposed to someplace like Houston which can just keep expanding outward, limiting increasing property values.  Everyone wants a good ocean and sunset view. There is no more ocean front or ocean view land being made in the world.”

“At Los Altos I like the idea that it is close to services, stores, the banks, restaurants, easy to get transportation etc.  And for me or guests coming for a few days it can make a big difference in terms of ease of getting around.”

“The architecture, design, finishes are very important to me and nothing else comes close in the area.  Los Altos has a very sophisticated but relaxed look, which I relate to. And direct unit access off the elevator has a very expensive feel.”
