Dining

Open-air design, commanding ocean view and surrounded by rainforest, Karola’s Restaurant and Bar presents an extraordinary dining experience. The natural atmosphere is elegant, yet relaxed and unpretentious. The Latin inspired menu emphasizes fresh and local ingredients - fish, fruits, vegetables and coffee especially. Breakfast can be as simple as yogurt and fresh fruit with fresh Costa Rican coffee, or as hearty as an authentically prepared gallo pinto, a traditional Costa Rican meal of rice, beans, eggs and local cheese. The lunch and dinner menus offer a flavorful range of both familiar and exotic meals, for children and adults.

Infinity Pool

As though floating among the verdant rainforest landscape, our freshwater Infinity Pool is built seamlessly into the mountain and offers an impeccable ocean view. Lined with chaise lounges, some in the sun, others in the shade, the pool is perfect for adults and children alike. The two Jacuzzis at the edge of the pool platform afford an intimate setting for nature-induced relaxation and meditation. Of course, drinks, light snacks and meals are available to be enjoyed poolside. 

Fitness Center

Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the state-of-the-art fitness center at Los Altos is equipped for all of your workout needs - cardio, strength training and aerobic. Equipment includes treadmills, elliptical machines, exercise bikes, free weights, floor mats, step aerobics and Swiss balls. The fitness center is situated at the bottom level of building one and offers gorgeous rainforest and ocean views.
